The Office of Strategy and University Affairs offers the following services:

Marketing

Are you looking to start a marketing or design project? Concordia’s in-house marketing department serves our community with world-class marketing from upfront strategy all the way through to evaluation. Please take a moment to complete this form to help us serve you better. Please note that completion of this form does not guarantee that your project will begin immediately, but we will do our best to see that it does. Upon completion, a member of our team will follow up with next steps.

Web Design and Programming

Our web team creates and maintains all of Concordia’s digital properties. To talk about a new website project, contact Dan Baker at dan.baker@cuw.edu. If you have edits or additions to your web sites, please fill out this form.

Print and Design

We create engaging collateral—posters, postcards, brochures, reports, advertisements—that leave lasting impressions on our future and current students, alumni, and other supporters, making them proud to be part of the Concordia community or eager to join it. If you have a collateral project for us, please fill out this form.

Photo and Video

With advanced notice, our in-house photographers are available to capture and share just about any event, milestone, or initiative. If you're looking for that special touch, our department can instead connect you with a trusted professional photographer with whom we've contracted to get you more competitive rates. Or, if you're looking for videographers to capture and share your moment, our department has a roster of trusted freelance professionals for that as well. To learn more, please email Courtney at courtney.omernick@cuw.edu.

Professional Headshots

Faculty and staff who would like a professional headshot taken should complete this form.

Strategic Communications

If you’re looking to share news that will reach audiences beyond our Concordia faculty, staff, and students, you’ve come to the right place! Our work focuses on pitching story ideas or submitting press releases to the appropriate media outlets or other pre-existing communication channels. We will also feature your news on our campuses’ news sites and may choose to feature it in an upcoming issue of the Concordian. When appropriate, we’ll share it on our designated social media platforms, as well. Do you have a story idea for our communications team? Please contact us directly.

Promotional Items

From lip balm and hand sanitizer to blankets and sweatshirts, promotional items are lasting reinforcements of an experience at an event. Our team can help you brainstorm what might work best for you. To get the conversation started, please email Courtney at courtney.omernick@cuw.edu.

Interactive

Keep your message top of mind and just a click away. It's our team's job to make critical information easy to access and use. So whether that means crafting and strategically posting Facebook messages, Tweets, Instagrams, and the like, or creating smart web messaging that moves your mission forward, we'll help you reach your audience where they are and with the right message. To help us promote your message, please fill out this form.

Community Relations

Concordia is an active part of the Church and the community. Our doors are always open for guests to attend chapel, enjoy a sporting event or performance, or simply grab a snack in one of our many dining options. Daily life is different here at Concordia, and we welcome everyone to experience it. If you’re waiting for a more formal invitation, we offer a variety of opportunities to get to know our campus and community better. Be sure to check out our events page for the most up-to-date opportunities.
