Frances Hui, Dissident Project speaker and Hong Kong political activist, will be the speaker for the Concordia Free Enterprise Center’s Politics, Philosophy, and Economics on the Bluff Speaker Series. She is a Hong Kong social activist and first activist to receive political asylum in the United States.
