Meet Us In-Person

Prospective Adult Accelerated students

CUW is honored that you are interested in one of our adult accelerated programs! Beginning July 1, 2020, our Adult Accelerated Regional Centers are pleased to offer in-person or virtual visit options. Each option will teach you about the excellent degree programs, certificates, and services offered at our Centers.

We continue to provide exceptional educational options to our students as we navigate this COVID-19 pandemic. Be assured, Concordia has taken every precaution to ensure your safety.

1) In-Person Visit

Please review this COVID-19 precaution outline:

  • If you have any COVID-like symptoms – please do not visit the center. Visitors who display symptoms on arrival will be asked to reschedule. For a list of symptoms, click here.
  • If you have recently traveled internationally, please do not schedule a visit unless you have completed a 14-day self-quarantine.
  • All of our staff will be wearing masks, and visitors will be required to wear masks as well. Please feel free to bring your own or we will have some provided, if needed.
  • Social-distancing standards should be followed at all times during your visit.
  • We recommend that at-risk people, as identified by the CDC (60 years or older and/or with underlying medical conditions), stay at home for their safety.
  • We will have hand sanitizer stations available, and recommend following personal hygiene guidelines (frequent hand washing, avoid touching your face, etc.).

Group visits

These Monday–Thursday visits are designed for any school, church, or community student groups up to 50 guests. Before submitting the Group Visit Request Form below, please read these conditions and email us at visitcuw@cuw.edu with any questions.

  • Groups larger than 50 are encouraged to split into multiple visit days/times; group tours are not offered on Fridays or weekends.
  • Priority consideration is given to groups of high school students (grades 9–12) and consist of a student-led campus tours and/or admission presentation; younger student groups (grades K–8) are considered for interactive scavenger hunt tours.
  • All groups must be accompanied by at least one adult chaperone per 10 guests at all times. Group chaperones, NOT the student tour guides, are responsible for their students’ behavior while on our campus. Tour guides and admission staff have the authority to end a campus tour or presentation if students behave inappropriately.
  • Group visit requests are not guaranteed in advance and are only officially confirmed when you receive email confirmation from the Office of Admission. Your completed Group Visit Request Form must be received 2 weeks before the date of your desired group visit.
  • Visits are contingent upon availability of facility space, admission staff, and tour guides. When completing the request form, please indicate two date options; we will contact you with availability within 2–3 business days.
  • Plan accordingly to arrive on time; arriving late may cause your group to miss all or part of the presentation or campus tour.
  • To cancel your group’s visit after receiving a confirmation, please email visitcuw@cuw.edu at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit.
  • Because of other campus commitments and events, there are certain times when group visits are not available. These instances include, but are not limited to, the following: holidays, Visit Days and Concordia Christmas and Spring Breaks.
  • Please provide a mobile number for the accompanying group leader so we may contact him/her if necessary.
