About the Seibert Dining Hall
The Siebert Dining Hall is a continuous service all-you-care-to-eat cafeteria style facility featuring a number of varied platforms, including:
- Pizza Station - Pizzas, Calzones, and Flat Breads served with a fresh Italian salad
- Breakfast - Fresh breakfast featuring Omelets, Hot Breakfast Sandwiches, French Toast and more!
- Grill - Hamburgers, Grilled Cheese and Specialty Sandwiches
- Lunch Entree - Deluxe Sandwiches and other lunch favorites
- Dinner Entree - Home-Style Dinners with Fresh Vegetables and Bread
- Sautée - Made to Order Pasta Dishes & Stir Frys
- Deli - Made to order Deli Sandwiches (Cold or Toasted)
- Ice Cream - Two Serve Machines to Help with Your Sweet Tooth
- Salad & Soup Bar - Create Deluxe Salads from our double sided salad bar
- Simple Servings - Prepared exclusively with ingredients which do not contain the following food allergens: Milk, Eggs, Wheat, Soy, Shellfish, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, or Gluten

Friday | 4:00 - 6:30 pm
Saturday and Sunday | 4:00 - 6:30 pm
Please note: Hot breakfast is available from 7:30 - 10:00 am. The salad bar and deli are the only stations available between 1:30 - 4:00 pm.
