For over 30 years, the CUW Art Gallery has aspired to excite the imagination, and present opportunities for our patrons to look into the study of art and culture. We are excited that you have chosen to join us in this cause.
What is needed?
We will require the following forms to be completed six weeks prior to the exhibition date:
1) Art Loan Form: For each work: a title, medium, year it was created, size, value (for insurance), and price; if you’re interested in selling, will be needed. This can be provided via the Art Loan form, and emailed to the Gallery Director, Jeffrey Shawhan (Jeff.Shawhan@cuw.edu).
2) Artist Profile Form: To better promote you and your work, a headshot, biography, artist statement, and photos/thumbnails of your work are required. This form can be completed here.
